Overall Job Function: Responsible for designing H&M Groups store commercial layouts from design intent to completed store that enables H&M Groups expansion targets in Asia Pacific sales markets. Secure that each store in the regional portfolio is being optimized from a sales and space planning perspective, that all commercial aspects have been implemented to the store layout and that the Customer experience is maximized in each store and are designed in the most efficient and sustainable way. Creates a store experience that strengthens the brand through optimal choice of space and implementation of relevant interior program. Works closely with for instance the Asia Pacific Store Design Manager, Expansion Manager, Sales Controller, Leasing, Construction, Visual, Regional and Area Sales Teams to ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality. Responsible for the management, training and development of the Store Designers including succession planning.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Creates commercial stores: New stores, Rebuilds & Space Optimizations? Sets the “commercial idea” for New stores and Rebuilds to create strongest outcome for sales and brand by securing optimal concept mix, size and placement as well as fa?ade intent.? Sets the “commercial idea” for all Rebuilds through use of provided sales analysis and fact-based decisions, combined with input from other functions such as Store Design Controller, Construction Manager and Regional Sales Team.? Have full understanding of the commerciality and quality of existing store portfolio in dedicated geographical area to enable active portfolio management.? Reviews the existing store to secure all commercial aspects before starting with the new commercial idea.? Creates room structure, placement and shape of fitting room, cashpoint and BOH? Provides fact-based input on space choices to Regional Leasing Manager based on efficiency and sales potential.
