Modem System Engineer - PHY layer

Qualcomms Modem Systems team is responsible for the system engineering of complex digital ASIC products covering a broad range of mobile wireless communication technologies.Candidate will be responsible for the development and commercialization of chipsets based on different modem technologies for ever improved efficiency and capability. This includes designing WWAN modem algorithms and performance validation of the implementation with C++ /matlab based simulation platform. theoretical and computer aided analysis, participation in review sessions with different teams, systems support for implementation and chip-commercialization related activities.Required: Masters degree in Electrical, or Electronics & Communications, or Computer Engineering from reputed college with strong background in wireless communication systems.
