JOB SUMMARY: The Software Engineer isresponsible for the design, development, and implementation of customdeveloped applications/website at the Universal Beijing Theme Park &Resort. S/he will support end-to-end development initiativesinterfacing with various business technology and infrastructure groups ensuringquality and on time delivery of IT solutions.This individualwill contribute to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and development.This will include developing code, code reviews, writing test scripts,architecture/technology decisions, and programming tasks. The Engineer willsupport the custom applications and reporting needs of front-of-house,back-of-house, and digital groups; which provide mobile capabilities, business capabilities,and strategic. S/he will influencetechnical decisions regarding architecture, including data structures andalgorithms. The candidate must have demonstrated experience indevelopment in a very high paced environment.This is a keyposition on a lean team focused on opening Universal Parks & Resort’s firsttheme park in China and will require an individual that can work effectively& positively in a highly complex and dynamic working environment.
