Responsibilities
· Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
· Network event and incident management
· Manage communications and notifications about events, incidents, problems, and changes
· Receive and respond to escalations for reported network issues from the internal help desk by documenting, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving in real time with the internal customer on the telephone with you
· Escalate incidents and problems to higher level support teams that cannot be resolved in timely manner
· Collaborating with Senior-Level Network Engineering and Tools teams on the development of network infrastructure tools and support protocols.

Required Experience and Skills
· Excellent English oral and written communications skills
· Excellent interpersonal communications and customer-service skills
· Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations
· Experience managing outages and upgrades.
· Vendor coordination and troubleshooting on service provider links at a large enterprise
· Skills and experience in configuring and troubleshooting network devices which includes switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers and access points in a large enterprise consisting of multiple environments (WAN, LAN, retail stores, and data center traffic management)
· Skills and experience needed to configure monitoring tools. Ability to maximize network performance through monitoring
· Skills and experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, NetScalers, and Global Server Load Balancers (GSLB)
· Minimum 1 year of experience with network incident and problem management
· Cisco CCNA certification and competencies
· Juniper JNCIA certification and competencies
Preferred Experience and Skills
· Cisco CCNP certification
· Juniper JNCIS, or JNCIP; FWV
· Oral and written fluency in Mandarin, Portuguese, or Spanish

必要经验和技能
本科及以上学历,计算机、通信工程、网络工程、自动化相关专业
相关工作经验5年以上(如果英语能力很强,工作经验2-3年)
优秀的英语口语、写作交流能力
优秀的人际沟通能力和客户服务能力
有一定的抗压能力和处理困难情况的能力
有管理中断和升级的经验
有在大型企业数据中心负责供应商管理和运营商侧网络故障处理经验
在多元化环境下的大型企业中,对网络设备配置和故障排查上有丰富技术与经验,包括交换机、路由器、防火墙、无线控制器、接入点(WAN, LAN, 零售店和数据中心交通管理)
具有配置监管工具所需的技能和经验,能够最大程度监管网络性能
具有DNS, DHCP, NetScalers, GSLB 故障排查的技能和经验
不少于一年的网络事故与问题管理经验
Cisco CCNA 资格证和任职资格
Juniper JNCIA 资格证和任职资格
优先经验和技能
Cisco CCNP certification
Juniper JNCIS, or JNCIP; FWV
